NAMB is the organizational body within the Southern Baptist Convention that selects, prepares and sends out missionaries to represent Christ and Southern Baptists around the world. NAMB views their chaplains as missionaries, and requires that they go through the same in-depth screening process all NAMB missionaries undergo. Upon approval, the chaplains receive a denominational endorsement the military requires for institutional ministry.

 

As a NAMB endorsed chaplain missionary, I make myself available to all Southern Baptist Churches for pulpit supply, educating our churches on the incredible work NAMB makes possible, and sharing about the particular ministries in which we serve.
